Boudh Police have successfully detected and registered three cases under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, dealing a significant blow to illegal drug trafficking in the district. During the operation, police seized 180 kilograms of ganja along with a TVS motorcycle allegedly used for transporting the contraband. Three accused persons involved in the illegal trafficking of narcotic substances were arrested. Police officials stated that all legal formalities and procedures were meticulously followed during the operation. The arrested individuals have been forwarded for legal action, and the seized materials have been taken into custody as evidence. Further investigation is currently underway to ascertain the source of the contraband and identify any wider network involved in the trafficking activities.
