Telangana CM Chandrasekhar Rao to meet Naveen Patnaik in May

Bhubaneswar: Telangana Chief Minister and Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhar Rao has decided to visit Bhubaneswar in May first week to meet BJD president and Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
Though there is no formal political agenda, both leaders are likely to discuss current political situation in the country and scope on formation of an alternative front.

Rao has decided to have one to one talk with the Patnaik.The meeting between the two regional is going to take place at a time when the BJD supremo is keeping his cards close to his chest with regard to his future political moves in national politics though he has been keep saying that his party would maintain equidistance both from BJP and Congress.

Even though West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress (TMC) president Mamata Banerjee and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party chief N Chandrababu Naidu have been making efforts to unite regional parties ahead of the general elections and talked with Patnaik over phone, the Odisha Chief Minister has so far not revealed his political plans.
